I have experience in providing support an adults with learning disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, challenging behaviour, mental health and autism.
I have worked for NHS for Adults Social Care Service and support people in discharge from the hospital.
Available from 3rd of January 2022 Monday until Friday .
I take regular covid tests every week and as required.
I do drive, have a valid drivers licence and have use of a car.
My short notice rate increases to £30 per hour at weekends.
Bank holiday and Christmas rates are £30 per hour.
Travel expenses charged separately at 45p per mile.
Price and time is negotiable.
